1 適用範囲
この規格は，波長可変光源の波長及び出力光パワーについて事前校正した，光波長計（光周波数計を含む。），光パワーメータなどの基準計測器による安定かつ再現性のある校正手順について規定する。
注記 この規格の対応国際規格及びその対応の程度を表す記号を，次に示す。
IEC 62522:2014，Calibration of tuneable laser sources（MOD） なお，対応の程度を表す記号“MOD”は，ISO/IEC Guide 21-1に基づき，“修正している”ことを示す。
