1 適用範囲
この規格は，次の寸法範囲のシリンダ用ピストン及びロッドに使用するウェアリング（図1に示す）のハウジング寸法及びその許容差について規定する。
− シリンダ内径 16 mm〜500 mm − ロッド径 12 mm〜360 mm
